When do I get paid?
We provide payments through the indicated payment methods under your dashboard. The payments are made on a bi-weekly basis unless stated otherwise because of technical issues and/or Terms & Policy changes. If you’re missing a payment, have any concerns, or want to speak to our team, please contact us at email.

Do I need to be a HealthBird member?
No! Anyone can join the ambassador program.

Do I need to be an insurance agent to join?
No, you don’t need to be a licensed insurance agent, but you do need to be in our system as a HealthBird ambassador! We’ll take care of the technical stuff – all you need to do is recommend HealthBird to your community. For any questions contact partners@healthbird.com.

How much can I earn as a HealthBird ambassador?
We offer $95 per conversion. You’ll receive the payment when your referred lead’s application is approved by our team.

How does the ambassador program work?
First, you need to fill out a short form here. Then our HealthBird team will review your application within a day. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email from partners@healthbird.com and access to your dashboard.
